A natural-process heirloom lot from the Guji highlands, dried slowly on raised beds until the fruit is concentrated and clean. Expect ripe blueberry up front, jasmine through the middle, and a soft peach finish.

Step by step
- Rinse the paper filter and warm the dripper, then discard the water.
- Add 15 g of medium-fine coffee and make a small well in the center.
- Bloom with 45 g of water and wait 30–45 seconds.
- Pour in slow spirals to 240 g total, keeping the bed level.
- Aim to finish your drawdown around 2:30.
