A short manifesto

We are Kahveji, a small roastery in Fountain Valley, California. We roast a short list of coffees, slowly, and let each one speak for itself.

It starts at the cupping table. We buy green coffee direct and keep it traceable: a clear line back to the producer, priced honestly. Then we roast it in small batches, and profile every lot until it's exactly what the origin intended.

Behind Kahveji

Kahveji is the roastery of Saki Products, a family-owned company founded in 2018 in Newport Beach, California. Saki builds brewing tools trusted in kitchens across nearly twenty countries. Kahveji exists to roast the coffee that belongs in them.
